Macebell = awesome! Purchased a macebell a couple of weeks ago now. It's great! It's so versatile! I'm able to do a killer upper body and core workout and it kills the grip too. I lead a pretty busy life, so it's good to be able to fit in a short, intense workout when I can't make it to the gym. If you like to stay fit, but you're short on time then I'd recommend you get on asap!

• What are the dimensions of the mace bell? eg Overall length, handle diameter, ball diameter etc.
A: The total length of the Mace Bell is 1200. The diameter of the ball portion is 200 and the handle diameter is 45.
• How does this compare to a sledgehammer? Thanks
A: Can't really compare the two as they're different tools and the one you'd use would really depends on what your training objectives are. The main differences though lay with the head of the mace. Basically it can be filled, so you can adjust the load incrementally and that load will be an unstable one, as opposed to a fixed weight sledge hammer.
