About the trainers:
Chris and James are kettlebell freaks; they have an unparallelled passion and enthusiasm for kettlebell training that is nothing short of contagious. Chris and James have over 14 years combined experience in the fitness industry and have used kettlebells to train everyone from the average joe on the street right through to elite athletes, including current Australian National Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Champion, Mick Wilson who is due to compete in the World Championships soon.
Chris and James have also learnt much from their own sporting careers, with James being a National Champion in tai kwon do and Chris having competed in elite track cycling for over five years.
Imortantly, Chris and James have a love for sharing their training with knowlege with others, particularly when it comes to kettlebells. They are eager to help you get the most possible out of your kettlbells. As educators, Chris and James have the ability to communicate with everyone from the novice to the advanced athlete so you are sure to get exactly what you need out of the workshop.
