Awesome The Old Gym that I trained at over 20 years ago used to use the old wooden Indian Clubs and after being shown a few exersizes it did wonders for my Shoulder. Trying to find them ever since was a chore so I was exstatic when I found them here. I already got the 10 kilo clubs and have ordered the 4 kg Clubs and can feel the difference already in building shoulder strength

• Have you ever thought about selling the 10Kg size club bell as a single? For a good number of people the 10Kg will always be used exclusively for two handed movements making the second club bell an unnecessary cost.
