These are great and surprisingly testing given they're apparently puny weight. Had a couple of friends scoff initially at "only 6 Kilos?", then struggle to complete 10 reps. Very different to k'bells but a perfect compliment. Have noticed very fast increase in grip strength & forearm / shoulder conditioning. Surprised! Highly recommend these as a starting point. Will be back for heavier without a doubt.
