power clubs good people to deal with. The order went missing with the courier and everything was resent immediately so I didn't have to wait for it to be found. The clubs are nicely weighted and well made. It's surprising what a good workout 6kgs can provide. I suspect it's because the weight is being moved through continuously changing angles unlike most dumbbell or barbell movements.

These are great and surprisingly testing given they're apparently puny weight. Had a couple of friends scoff initially at "only 6 Kilos?", then struggle to complete 10 reps. Very different to k'bells but a perfect compliment. Have noticed very fast increase in grip strength & forearm / shoulder conditioning. Surprised! Highly recommend these as a starting point. Will be back for heavier without a doubt.
