Author: Chris Hilliard I bought the bands to use as an adjunct to my olympic style weightlifting and also to help rehab a shoulder problem and for both situations they have proved to be very effective. Using the large bands(black) for speed squats has really improved my strength and speed at the second pull portion of the lifts. I would have no hesitation in recommending these bands to anybody.
