I travel at lot for work, so I need something which is light weight and versatile. These Power Bands are brilliant!
The resistances on the big ones are so strong that I can get a strength workout in anywhere. I highly recommend them. So simple yet so effective.

I bought the bands to use as an adjunct to my olympic style weightlifting and also to help rehab a shoulder problem and for both situations they have proved to be very effective. Using the large bands(black) for speed squats has really improved my strength and speed at the second pull portion of the lifts. I would have no hesitation in recommending these bands to anybody.

These things are great, i got my hands on a pair recently and i've incorporated them into training for my rowing team. Everybody loves them and they provide a high resistance and highly portable solution. Get some!
