I travel at lot for work, so I need something which is light weight and versatile. These Power Bands are brilliant!
The resistances on the big ones are so strong that I can get a strength workout in anywhere. I highly recommend them. So simple yet so effective.

Power bands are fantastic. They are versatile and supplement the barbell/dumbell/kettlebell work beautifully. I started with the intermediate set and I now have all of them. If you want to make the most of the Power Bands, you must get the DVDs as well.

the power band I bought was a fairly lightweight one, I think the col.ur red.It assists myself when doing a chinup. When I get strong enough to do 3,4, or 5 chinups on my own, I won't need the powerband anymore. in the meantime, it assists me gr8ly, to practise and get better at chinups.i highly recommend powerbands.Yossi.
