DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery times vary depending the location within Australia.

Kettlebells, Power Clubs and other heavy equipment are generally shipped on Wednesday’s using ‘Toll Ipec’ courier company.
Approximate delivery times (Business days) are as follows:

Melbourne 1 day
Sydney 1 day
Canberra 1 day
Brisbane 2 days
Adelaide 1 day
Perth 5 days
Hobart 2 days
Darwin 5-9 days

Locations outside capital cities will vary.

Book, DVD’s, Power Bands, Captains of Crush Grippers and Training Equipment when ordered separately to heavy equipment are sent via ‘Australia Post’ (Express Post)- delivery time is 1-2 days.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a life time warranty on our Kettlebells and Power Clubs.
Through normal use, if a product is broken we will replace it free of charge.
We also offer a 90 day money back guarantee (not including shipping) on our Kettlebells, Power Clubs, Power Bands, Captains of Crush Grippers and Training Equipment.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot. You will need to pick up goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout. Shipping Terms and Conditions:

1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Remote Area Postcode list and call or email to inform Australian Kettlebells that their postcode falls within a remote area as this will affect shipping costs. Orders to be shipped to remote areas can only be placed by phone or email: info@kettlebells.com.au 1300 85 40 50.
3. Please note that this website currently supports Australia wide shipping only. Prices are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax. For international orders, please email info@kettlebells.com.au
4. If one item on your order is backordered, the whole order will be dispatched when the backordered item is back in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate lots you may incur additional shipping charges. Please email info@kettlebells.com.au if you would like further information.
5. Australian Kettlebells does not have control over the delivery time or date and the courier company may not be able to fulfill special instructions. If you have questions about delivery time or date or whether special instructions can be fulfilled, please call Toll IPEC on 1300 865 547.
6. All deliveries with Toll IPEC are 'Authorised to Leave' unless stated otherwise in the special instructions. If redelivery is required additional charges may be incurred.

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

  1. If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day of receipt of the purchase to return it and obtain a refund.
  2. You are responsible for the return of the product, including organizing and payment of shipping.  If you want to be able to track your return and confirm when we have received it you should choose an appropriate delivery method such as registered post.
  3. Be sure to include a letter with your return with your name and contact details and preferably your order ID and the reason for the return.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods.  We will not refund the cost of shipping.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

  1. On occasion goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault.  In either of these cases we will endeavour to ensure you get what you paid for or are compensated in some way.
  2. If your goods are not functional we will organise for a replacement to be sent out ASAP and for the faulty goods to be picked up (or for smaller items reimburse you for postage costs).  For larger items this will usually mean organising a Toll IPEC pick up of the faulty goods.  We will send you Toll IPEC consignment notes to stick on the (packaged) faulty goods.  Once you have done this, notify us and we will organise a pick up.
  3. If your goods are still functional but aesthetically damaged you can call us to discuss your options (note: we may request photos to verify the extent of the damage).
