Absolute necessity As simple as these straps are they allow you to effectively train with resistance bands, giving you limitless variations on resistance band exercises. Highly Recommended

I wish I bought these bands years ago, as they add a multitude of options and variations to my training, and that of my PT clients. They are also great for travel as you can take them anywhere and have a workout. Highly recommend the powerband door jams to anchor the bands and the band handles to make them easier to hold on to.
