Author: Kit Laughlin We find the bands to be an essential piece of equipment in the Monkey Gym. We use these to reduce body weight for beginners in exercise like chinups and pullups; to help the more advanced student learn muscle-ups; to allow partial bodyweight Iron Crosses to be practised on the Roman Rings; for changing the force curves of squats and deadlifts; and rotator cuff strengthening movements. One of our guys likes them for triceps pushdowns, too. Excellent quality (but expect the yellow ones to wear out in time), and are absolutely invaluable training aids in our gym. Two thumbs up.
