Power Clubs are an ideal tool to add variety to kettlebell training while also developing shoulder and grip strength. The circular movements of club training provides tremendous advantages in flexibility and in preventing shoulder injury.

What are they made from and what sizes do they come in?

Our Power Clubs have been hand crafted from milled steel. This gives them a nice feel while also ensuring they're unbreakable. They are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15 and 20kg weights. Sizes from 2–10kgs are sold in pairs while the heavier weights can be purchased individually.
