What’s included in the package?

The Power Rings package comes with two super strong (indestructible) textured polycarbonate resin rings. Two equally strong nylon adjustable straps (can hold over 500kg of weight), along with 2 adjustable cam buckles. The straps have a hang length of 2.4m.

Author: Max Power Rings make basic exercises like dips, push-ups and pull ups THAT much harder. If you can master those, and then move onto some of the gymnastic exercises like the Front Lever, Muscle-Ups and Iron Cross, well the DOMS you will feel is beyond belief. I bought these rings , easily the best i was able to scour the net for after many months, and have attempted to rekindle some gymnastics from my childhood. rings, ties and clamps are of highest quality and never slip. Hang them off your split stairs, mounts or a stable branch outside. practise your levers and inverts and all the surrounding support. excellent for: gymnasts, climbers, combat sports athletes.
