Power Rings FAQs

"Rings are great for pull-ups and chin-ups, and they are a lot kinder to the elbows than the straight bar. All of the ring drills have a fun, athletic feel to them and are brutal on the prime mover and stabilizer muscles alike. The great variety of exercises is limited only by your imagination."

— Pavel Tsatsouline,
World renowned strength authority.

Ring training is an ideal exercise to add variety to kettlebell training while also developing immense upper body and core strength.
