Bought for the Mrs.... I'm new to Crossfit and Kettlebells and wouldn't use any but these Prograde KB's. Great workout for the core once you know the correct technique and I'll be back for a heavier set for me soon.

Crossfit & Prograde I'm a crossfitter and I love prograde kettlebells! I think it's a huge metal benifit when you swing kettlebells that are all the same size. I tend to forget how heavy it is :) hahah

Pro Grade or No Grade I had not used pro grade till doing my training all I had worked with was classics.
Honestly now I will use nothing else.
Pro grade are so much nicer to handle. They move smoother they clean easier, the sit in the right position in rack.
No way I would ever go back to anything else.
Pro Grade are the only way to go. No questions about that at all ha

Daughter Loves the kettlebel! I use the whole range of Iron Edge KB's at work (Military) and then bought my 15 yo daughter a Pro-grade 8kg KB. She loves the intense training she is getting out of some of the routines I've been putting her through for her Heptathlon training and its Pink! Now we will progressively get the heavier Kb's as she improves.

Classic may be better than Prograde I love my classic 24kg kettle bell and bought the Prograde 8kg for my son. Maybe its a matter of taste but I find the smaller classic handles and shape easier to swing, Being half the size the classic kettle bells are also easier to store.

Im definitely a fan. I had only hoped having my own Kettlebell at home would inspire me to train more and so far it has. I bought a 12kg 3 weeks ago and have hardly put it down since. Now all I need is some chalk to get me through this heat. Thanks guys!
