If you've completed our Level 1 Workshop and are ready to move onto more advanced exercises and techniques, this workshop is for you.
The Level 2 Workshop is 4.5 hours long and jam packed with all the exercises that make the kettlebell a brutal and highly effective training tool for everyone from housewives to elite athletes.
This workshop will take you through some of the best kettlebell specific exercises you can incorporate in your training and that of your clients, including the kettlebell snatch and kettlebell jerk, plus other great kettlebell exercises such as the renegade row and possibly the greatest complex of all time: the renegade man-maker. We'll also take you through several doubles drills, which will enable you to create short, super intense workouts.
The exercises taught in the Level 2 Workshop will allow you to add fantastic variety to your training programs and have highly useful applications to a wide range of athletic pursuits.
The exercises that we teach you are highly effective, however they are quite technical so we will ensure that you have an in depth knowledge of how to perform AND teach them. The workshop is very hands on, so you will have plenty of opportunity to practise the movements and observe and correct others' technique.
