Power Bands and Handles
they are vesatile and good on their own or coupled with conventional lifting. They can be adapted to different athletes by varying the bands. Great for professional athletes that travel and don't have time to outsouce a gym. Also great for rehab or intervention when athletes cannot place a heavy weight above their spine or neck.

Excellent Strength and Fitness aparatus
With over 5 decades of experience in resistance training methods I find these bands win hands down! They are safer than weights - the resistance moves through the band minimizing uncoordinated action and one can safely do bench presses up to any weight on a simple $100 bench with no racks. Similarly for squats. They are the most versatile, portable and safe means of resistance training in my experience - whether strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular etc and best value for $. Congratulations!

These handles make the bands feel like you are using a cable machine, due to the way you hold them instead of the band. They are very light weight and make training more versatile with more options.

I wish I bought these bands years ago, as they add a multitude of options and variations to my training, and that of my PT clients. They are also great for travel as you can take them anywhere and have a workout. Highly recommend the powerband door jams to anchor the bands and the band handles to make them easier to hold on to.

Delivery times vary depending the location within Australia.

All products when in stock are dispatched daily. The ETA's are as follows:

Express Satchels (under 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth & Hobart

Bulk movements (over 5kg)

• Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
• Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
• Delivery within 3 days to Perth

Note: These are business days.

Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.

Shipping Policy

It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot. You will need to pick up goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout.
