Rings... With A Twist
Rope rings give you great variety for your ring training. Being rope, they are less stable than standard rings so will give you an extra challenge for exercises like chin ups, dips and rows compared with standard Olympic rings. They are also thicker than standard rings, so will give your grip a great workout.
Rope rings are also much more comfortable to put your feet in than standard rings, making them a really versatile training tool and allowing you to do exercises like:
• Jack knives and pikes for a serious ab workout
• The ultimate Bulgarian split squat for glute, hamstring and quad strength and stability
• Unstable decline push ups to work your core and improve shoulder stability
What’s included in the package?
The Rope Power Rings package comes with two super strong rope rings. Two equally strong nylon adjustable straps (can hold over 500kg of weight), along with 2 adjustable cam buckles. The straps have a hang length of 2.4m.
