I have recently started coaching CrossFit and as such need to purchase my own gear for my clients to use. I will only purchase high quality equipment because in the past I have found that it ends up being far more expensive if you don't. These Kettlebells are some of the finest ive seen or used. “My friends have commented…..and my wife is amazed at how quickly my physique has changed in only two weeks….broader shoulders, larger chest, more defined back, ablique and obliques, thicker forearms and chunky biceps….no joint pain….my secret?...sets of 50 to 100 rep rotations on 16kg every second morning..including shoulder press..and deadlift and rows….imagine my result if I had unwrapped the Kettlebell Encyclopoedia to see how to actually use these things!

they are intense. With new exercises and ways of destroying yourself I rarely use 'standard weights' anymore, preferring the intensity and results that kettle bells and pwer clubs offer.
