As integral as amino acids are to create proteins so this DVD should be to any aspiring strength coach, personal trainer or power lifter. I often explain to my clients that resistance training is a sport, and anyone who pursues any sport usually employs a coach at some time to improve their performance.
Strength Stretching is a fundamental building block to anyone who is involved in the sport of teaching or training in the Squat, Dead lift, and Bench Press. There are so many points that Pavel demonstrates in these lifts that you need to make your own checklist as you go.
For the coach, trainer or performance professional you will learn enough drills that your clients will be busy for years to come as you pass on what you learn from Pavel. Pavel shines best in his understanding of the mechanics of stretching, and his applied techniques in this DVD will make you a much safer and stronger lifter. Strength Stretching by Pavel should be published as a book, but it isnt, so you have to make up your own as you go through it.
This DVD should have come with a notebook and pen. You must take notes! You should end up with callous on our thumb from pressing the pause button as you furiously transcribe another gem of information. So dont sit in front of this DVD slack jawed and eyes glazed. This isnt The Simpsons. Its Pavel!
