Iron Edge extend wholesale rates to selected personal trainers, sporting organisations, the ADF and Crossfit affiliates.
We review all applications for wholesale price lists. Your ABN will be required for your first order and minimum order quantities may apply. For more information and to receive our wholesale price list, please refer to our wholesale page.
Refund Policy
Iron Edge offer a lifetime warranty on our Kettlebells, Squat Stands, The Matrix, The Assault Rack, Torsonators, Power Rings and Power Clubs. Through normal use, if a product is broken we will replace it free of charge.
Please choose your books and DVDs carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange on any of these.
We also offer a 90 day money back guarantee (not including shipping) on our Kettlebells, Power Clubs, Power Bands, Captains of Crush Grippers and Training Equipment.
Returns Policy

If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the day of receipt of the purchase to return it and obtain a refund.

You are responsible for the return of the product, including organizing and payment of shipping. If you want to be able to track your return and confirm when we have received it you should choose an appropriate delivery method such as registered post.

Be sure to include a letter with your return with your name and contact details and preferably your order ID and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods. We will not refund the cost of shipping.
Damaged / Faulty Goods

On occasion goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault. In either of these cases we will endeavour to ensure you get what you paid for or are compensated in some way.

If your goods are not functional we will organise for a replacement to be sent out ASAP and for the faulty goods to be picked up (or for smaller items reimburse you for postage costs). For larger items this will usually mean organising a Star Track Express pick up of the faulty goods. We will send you Star Track Express consignment notes to stick on the (packaged) faulty goods. Once you have done this, notify us and we will organise a pick up.

If your goods are still functional but aesthetically damaged you can call us to discuss your options (note: we may request photos to verify the extent of the damage).
Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending the location within Australia.
All products when in stock are dispatched daily. The ETA's are as follows:
Express Satchels (under 5kg)
- Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth & Hobart
Bulk movements (over 5kg)
- Overnight delivery to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide
- Delivery within 2 days to Brisbane
- Delivery within 3 days to Perth
Note: These are business days.
Locations outside capital cities will take an extra day or two.
Shipping Policy
It is a condition of shipping that goods can be left at location if no person is available at the time of delivery. If goods can't be left at location they will be taken back to the nearest depot. You will need to pick up goods at your convenience. Resending goods will incur extra charges. Please provide shipping directions in space provided during checkout.

Please note that this website currently supports Australia wide shipping only. Prices are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax. For international orders, please email info@ironedge.com.au

If one item on your order is backordered, the whole order will be dispatched when the backordered item is back in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate lots you may incur additional shipping charges. Please email info@ironedge.com.au if you would like further information.

Iron Edge does not have control over the delivery time or date and the courier company may not be able to fulfill special instructions. If you have questions about delivery time or date or whether special instructions can be fulfilled, please call Star Track Express on 13 23 45.

All deliveries with Star Track Express are 'Authorised to Leave' unless stated otherwise in the special instructions. If redelivery is required additional charges may be incurred.
