Awesome Got the wheel delivered in the beginning of January and I really love it! I have intended to increase tonus of my abs, but it works very well fot back and triceps too. Highly recommend

Simple but amazingly effective device I've spent so much time boring myself stupid doing pointless sit-ups and crunches. With this simple device I get a much better work-out with much fewer repetitions. Can be disassembled easily for ease of transport/storage. Postage was also very quick.

The Ab Wheel Brilliant piece of equipment.
Cheap, portable and highly effective. One downside though - all my clients complain their abs hurt for days after the first time they use it!

A simple but very effective ab and core exercise. After only 1 set of 10 reps i could already feel my entire core working. A much more functional exercise than countless boring ab crunches. What an exercise!

• How hard is it to get the hang of using the wheel?
A: Getting the hang of The Abdominal Wheel is easy. Start out on your knees and use a range of motion that your comfortable with, build up to a full range of motion then start the process again on your toes.
• Can an absolute novice use this that has a history of lower back tightness?
A: There are plenty of progressions with the ab wheel so most will be able to get some benefit from it. That said if you need to ask you should probably check with your GP whether or not this is suitable for you.
