Are you looking at setting up your own training studio or Crossfit facility? Then don't make these mistakes with your fit out.

If you're setting up a training studio or Crossfit facility then listen up.

Don't throw money away by getting the wrong equipment. If you've got an unlimited budget then go for your life - for everyone else this will be the most important message you'll read this year..

Here's the deal.

Chin ups, squats, dips, benching and ring training are foundational exercises that must be part of any training protocol. If you're not allowing your clients to do these exercises then you're cutting them short. Worse still, you're going to look average in their eyes because you won't get the best results possible.

And the problem has always been that setting up your gym with the ability to do all of these exercises is expensive. Often you need to purchase multiple stations - this can be expensive and quickly take up valuable room. One studio I know of has spent over $23K on their set-up.
