Awesome
As a decathlete I find I am always sore and tight. I also struggle to find time for massage after trainings etc. This stick has saved me a lot of money and time. I can sit in front of a movie and relax or remedial massage myself. I get training partners to smash my calves etc when i need deep tissue stuff. Amazing for injury prevention also. I originally bought one for myself. I have since bought two more for people who have tried it. So simple but definately worth the cash.

It's magic!
Best thing I've ever done for daily stretching! Done wonder for my ITB, calves and back. Like most people, I struggle to make time to stretch after workouts. This stick can be used anywhere (I bring it to work sometimes), anytime (e.g while watching TV) and there's no need to get into comfy clothes to use it, which makes it so easy to make time for stretching & massage. I'm also exploring its utility for warming up as well.
