Great piece or gear Love it, also found this chart that shows the pressure required to close it at various settings. Unfortunately the chart hasn't allowed for the leer effect gained by the use of the hinge, so the actual force required is closer to half the value shown for each setting.

Excellent incremental device that is simple to adjust. Has allowed me to work towards shutting the #3 Captains of Crush Gripper without over training. The groove also feels more natural for the hand.

Very good device for gradual training of grip strength and endurance. Simple and convenient. I fashioned my own rubber grips to prevent slippage due to sweat.

Highly recommended as an alternative to buying multiple hand grippers. Can adjust easily for warmups and pure strength work.
This with a couple of the harder captains of crush grippers (to test your max and these are smaller for travel) is all you will need.
