Get creative A very versatile workout equipment for the outdoors or home. Get creative with it, and you could come up with a whole body workout.

Excersise Tubing I recently purchased 3 of the tubing with handles and really enjoy using them. I use them at the end of every session when training outdoors and my clients love it......
